Important notes on canceling appointments
Deadline: 24 hours
Please make your appointment no later than 24 hours before off. This allows us to allocate the space to waiting patients.
Default fee
In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, a Default fee of up to €100 are incurred. Details in our AGB.
SMS reminder
you will receive a reminder text message 2 weeks before your appointment. Please note that you are still responsible for your appointment.
Thinking of others
By canceling in good time, we can offer urgent patients an earlier appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
