Your Findings
You can obtain your test results from UROMED in Vienna – simply, securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Important data protection notice
In order to protect your privacy and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we can send findings, prescriptions and referrals to not by e-mail or fax send.
Relatives may only submit findings with a written power of attorney or one Living will pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information to third parties without such written consent.
When you visit our practice, you can sign a declaration of consent authorizing a trusted person to collect your findings.
How to obtain your findings
Pick up in person
You can collect your results in person during our surgery hours from approx. 14 days after your appointment. Please bring an official photo ID with you. Your documents will be stored for 3 months stored with us.
By post
Would you like to receive your findings conveniently by post? Simply let our reception desk know after your appointment. For sending by post, a Processing fee of 2 € which you can pay in cash or by online bank transfer. Please note that this fee is not covered by health insurance.
Retrieve online
If you have booked your appointment online, you can also retrieve your findings digitally via our online system. Please let us know when you visit us that you would like to use this function.
After activation you will receive a SMS or e-mail notificationas soon as your findings are ready. You can then log in and download your documents directly.
